Shipping, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased
with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are
genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal
before buying it, it provides all the details about the services. In case of
dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects
and request a refund from us.
Our Policy for the shipping, return, cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not
processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm IST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few
days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via
email or phone.
Orders received via our vending machines during work hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST)
are shipped on the same working day.
The shipping charges shall be calculated and intimated to the customer at the time
of placing the order.
Return Policy
To return an order please contact us on our email sakshi@todaysspeical.in and we
shall initiate the process within 7 working days from the date of receiving the
request.
Cancellation Policy

Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service
period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a
refund.
If paid by Credit Card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided
at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be
made to the same account.
If paid by Online Wallets like PayTM, PhonePe, Airtel Money, refunds are credited to
respective Wallet Account.
It will take maximum of 7 working days from the receipt of the complaint to refund
the amount (if any).
